Founded by Ms. Chunfeng Dong and Mr. Jason Sale, Warm Debate provides a rich and growing collection of articles and reports on Clean Technologies, Sino-European relations, Climate Change and Environmental Issues.

Mr. Jason Sale graduated in 2007 from the University of Queensland in Australia, and in 2008 enrolled at the Technische Universität München to undertake a Masters Degree in Sustainable Resource Management in Germany.
Jason has always had a fascination with technology and science. During his time studying in Australia, he began to take a growing interest in renewable resources and climate change. After Jason applied and was accepted into his current course in Germany in 2008, he decided to begin sharing his knowledge on these topics, leading him to co-found Warm Debate in 2010.

Ms. Chunfeng Dong is a Chinese national currently resides in Germany. Chunfeng has 4 years experience in management consulting, where she focused on automotive and clean tech industry. She worked as a consultant with Roland Berger Strategic Consultants in China, and with Pera International in England.
Through her work experience in China Chunfeng grew strong conviction that change is needed urgently in China and elsewhere to pursue a sustainable future. As the world’s largest CO2 emitter and energy consumer, if China does not keep the pace, the efforts made by developed countries will be severely hindered. Therefore Chunfeng is now passionate to bridge Chinese and European industries, helping to facilitate technology transfer and market entry projects in renewable energy and clean tech arena. Her current project is venture capital investment in wind energy in Asia.
Chunfeng graduated from the University of Cambridge with a master’s degree in Industrial Systems Manufacture and Management. Prior to that she took a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in China. Alongside her project she also takes a master’s program in sustainable resource management with the Technical University of Munich in Germany.

Mr. Tianyin Sun is a national of China currently working in Germany. Tianyin holds a Bachelor degree in engineering from the South China University of Technology and a master degree of science in subject of Sustainable Resource Management from the Technische Universität München.
Tianyin has been always keen on science and new technologies, especially when they are related to sustainability. He did research on bio-fuels and also focused on systematic thinking and life cycle approaches.
China is booming, on one hand side we see the massive social and environmental problems it brought, on the other hand side, we can also see the great opportunity and potential of CHANGES during this rapid development. Tianyin is pursuing all the ways of promoting these changes.
Tianyin has research and working experiences with DSD of UN, CSCP, TÜV NORD and PE INTERNATIONAL. His expertise lies in Life Cycle Assessment and Material Flow Analysis.
